General Terms and Conditions

The following general terms and conditions apply to all Artdeshine Professional Coatings. Warranty term begins from the date of installation. The application of Artdeshine Professional Coatings products must be applied by an authorized Artdeshine Coatings installer to be covered under warranty. All warranty claims must be first evaluated by an Artdeshine Certified installer, and then submitted to ADS Coatings Inc.  through the support email [email protected]. Once the claim has been approved, ADS Coatings Inc. will be responsible for providing replacement product at no cost to the owner, for the impacted areas to be repaired by our Authorized Installer Network. An annual inspection and maintenance must be followed and documented by an authorized Artdeshine installer to maintain warranty. Failure to perform the required annual inspection and service per our written procedure within the required period will void the warranty completely.

Warranty Coverage

ADS Coatings Inc. warrants the coating applied to your vehicle will protect the paint against fading, oxidation, and loss of gloss. The coating is guaranteed to help protect the factory paintwork from damage from bug splatter, tree sap, salt water, acid rain, UV damage/ oxidation. Artdeshine coatings will allow the owner more time to remove surface contaminants before permanent etching occurs. Artdeshine Coatings do not prevent permanent etching. Should this damage occur and providing all terms and conditions have been met; ADS Coatings Inc. shall provide replacement product at no cost to the owner to be reapplied by an Artdeshine authorized installer.

 General Warranty Invalidation

ADS Coatings Inc.  warranty will be considered void if any of the following occur:

• Owners failure to use due and reasonable care to maintain the vehicle established by ADS Coatings Inc.  aftercare instructions.
• Damage caused in a collision with another vehicle or vehicles.
• Damage caused by abrasive compounds and polishes
• The use of unapproved third-party products
• Damage either intentional, malicious, accidental, or due to natural causes including but not limited to fire, hail, flood, stones and extreme weather conditions.
• Does not follow ADS Coating Inc. required maintenance procedures

 

Warranty Cards

Warranty Cards should be given to the client at the the time of  installation.  This warranty card will act as proof of installation.  In the event a warranty claim is needed, the client should present the warranty card and receipt of installation to an Artdeshine Certified Installer.   

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Costs

This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, without regard to California’s conflict or choice of law provisions. UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPLICITLY AGREED TO IN WRITING BY ADS COATINGS INC., ADS COATINGS INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT OR IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOCUMENTS PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT.
